The rooms were clean, but they felt small, and the pillows were uncomfortable. The service was friendly overall, although some issues were noted like smoking in the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Dining offered a nice variety of options, especially with fresh dumplings and noodles. The facilities were decent, but the hotel's appearance seemed old, and having only two small beds for three people was not ideal.
